This weekend our Halo 3 team will be competing at MLG Raleigh in North Carolina. After finishing 14th at MLG Columbus with 2 stand-ins, the Buck twins return to the team as we compete with the same line-up that took a comfortable first place finish at the European Console League, Liverpool earlier in the month where we did not drop a series on our way to winning £4000. At Columbus both Stefan "MVP" Djordjevic and Eddie "Reaction" Leck became MLG Professional players and we will go into this event as 13th seed, starting in the Championship Bracket. We will play the lowest seeded open team in Winner Bracket Round 1 in our first match on Saturday at 10am local time, and if we win that match we will face the 4th seeded Str8 Rippin'. Our team are looking to cement their place as an MLG Professional team and challenge for a top 8 spot which would put them in a strong position for the next event in Washington D.C. as we are looking to qualify for the national finals. $20,000 is on offer for this winner of this event, with prizes ranging down to 8th place.
