Today we formally announce the departure of Edward “Reaction” Leck from the Power Gaming Halo 3 team by mutual agreement. Following a successful MLG Raleigh campaign the departure of Reaction was inevitable after another organization had attempted to poach two of our players and this meant that Edward's mind was focused elsewhere. Whilst we are very disappointed by the illegal approach towards two of our players we have opened the door to allow Edward to leave and join up with this team.

Despite repeated attempts at also poaching Stefan "MVP" Djordjevic, he along with both Alex "BUK 20" Buck and Will "BUK 57" Buck will be remaining with Power Gaming and they have signed long term contracts to compete for us in the MLG 2011 season. Even with Halo Reach around the corner we are happy to have the three most succesful Halo 3 players in Europe sticking with us for the next MLG season and we are more than happy to reward their loyalty to us with contract extensions.

The team will be taking a small break after MLG Raleigh as determine our position within the MLG Halo 3 circuit to decide whether we will be attending MLG Washington DC for Halo 3 or MLG Dallas for Reach. We will be exploring a number of avenues to decide on our new 4th player and are looking for someone who is fully dedicated to being a part of Europe's number 1 Halo 3, and only professional console team.

As for Edward, we would like to say that Edward put in 110% this weekend just as he has done over the past year where he was a contributing factor to our successes. We would like to wish him personally the best in whatever he does in the future.
